THAI MASSAGE (60 minutes) $70
Sometimes called Thai Yoga Massage, this specialized treatment asks you to be completely passive while our therapist moves your body into a variety of stretching, lengthening, and releasing postures and positions. Like having someone else do the yoga for you, this therapy is both deeply relaxing and energizing, and it reminds us of the way we care for our babies in Mama & Baby Yoga. This time, take a turn allowing us to care for you! You will remain completely clothed for this session, please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.

TEN TINY TOES INFANT MASSAGE (45 minutes) $55
Communicate through touch--let us show you how to soothe and nurture your baby with infant massage. An intimate bonding activity for parents and child, with countless health benefits for baby including improved sleep, digestion, relief from gas and colic, enhanced neurological development, increased alertness, reduced stress hormones, and a stronger immune system. Our parents of high needs / fussy babies swear by the results! In many cultures infant massage is part of the routine care parents provide to their children. Healthy and appropriate for nearly every baby, and especially beneficial for colicky babies, special needs babies, and adoptive families.
PEDIATRIC MASSAGE (30 minutes) $45
Our professional pediatric work is especially appropriate for kids with sleep issues, digestive issues, active sports enthusiasts, high needs children, autistic kids and kids with ADD or ADHD, backpack wearers, and anxious/tense children. These sessions generally last 30-45 minutes and are appropriate for kids ages 2-15 years. (Ages 16 and older benefit most from adult treatment with parental consent.)

Keep the home fires burning with some bonding time just for grown-ups. Goodness knows you've earned it. And the kids will pick up on the vibe and mellow out, too! Or, make it a girlfriends getaway, and bring another mother (or friend) along to share in the bliss with you.
